Ingredients
2 Tofu
1 lb. Pickled Mustard Greens
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp. Water
1/4 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
Frying Oil
Green Onions
Rinse and cut 2 Firm Tofu into cubes. Pan fry the tofu until golden, remove from oil. Set aside.
Rinse 1 lb. Pickled Mustard Greens. Cut into bite size pieces, set aside.
In a pan, add 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil. Add in 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic and 1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots. Mix and add in the Pickled Mustard Greens. Add 1 tsp. Kosher Salt, 1 Tbsp. Sugar, 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce and 3 Tbsp. Water. Add in the Fried Tofu and 1/4 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Add in some Green Onions. Continue to let it simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes remove from heat and enjoy with rice.
