Rolled Cookies (Banh ống) Recipe

 


Ingredients
4 Egg Whites
1 cup All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Sugar
pinch of Salt
4 Tbsp. unsalted Butter
2 Tbsp. Water (add more as needed)

You’ll need 4 Egg Whites in a bowl. 

In a different bowl, add in 1 cup All Purpose Flour and 3/4 cup Sugar mix well.  Then add in the Egg Whites. Add pinch of Salt. Add 4 Tbsp. unsalted Butter. Mix the batter.  Add in 2 Tbsp. of Water if it seems too thick, add more as needed. Mix until batter is smooth.  Cover and let it sits for 15 minutes. 

After 15 minutes, use a wafer maker to make the rolled cookies until you finish up all the batter.
