Okra with Tomato Stir-fry (đậu bắp xào cà chua) Recipe

 


Ingredients
1/2 lb. Okra
4 oz. Tomatoes
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
chopped Green Onions
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
3 Tbsp. Water

Rinse and wash 1/2 lb. Okra.  Cut the top of the Okra and set aside. 

Rinse and wash 4 oz. Tomatoes.  Cut into smaller pieces and set aside. 

Using medium heat, add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil into a pan.  Then add in 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic and the white section of the Green Onions.  Saute until slightly brown. Add in the Okra and 3 Tbsp. of Water.  Continue to let it cook on medium heat.  After it starts to soften a little, add in the Tomatoes. Add in 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1 tsp. Sugar and 1/4 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning.  Continue to cook until the Tomatoes are soften.  Add in chopped Green Onions and 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper.  Remove from heat and enjoy.
