Roasted Peanuts with Salt, Garlic and Chili Pepper (Đậu phộng rang muối tỏi ớt) Recipe

 Ingredients

12oz. Raw Peanuts
2 Tbsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. minced Garlic
2 tsp. Fish Sauce
2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Chili Flakes 

In a wok, add in 2 Tbsp. Salt and 12oz Raw Peanuts.  Roast on medium-low heat until the peanuts turn brown.  

Toss the peanuts in a colander to remove most of the salt.  Set aside and let it cool. 

Add 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil and 2 Tbsp. minced Garlic, saute for a few seconds.
Add 2 tsp. Fish Sauce, 2 tsp. Sugar and 1 tsp. Chili Flakes. Add in the Roasted Peanuts and mix well.  Remove from heat and serve.
