Tuna with Tomato Sauce (Cá ngừ hộp sốt cà chua) Recipe


Ingredients
3 cans of Tuna
chopped Green Onions
2 Tomatoes
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
Ground Black Pepper
1 cup Onions
1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots

Drain out the water from 3 cans of Tuna, place in a bowl and set aside. Cut about 1 cup of Onions.  Cut 2 Tomatoes. In a pan, add in 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil. Add 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic and 1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots.  Sauté for a few seconds and add in the Tomatoes.  Then add in the Onions, 1 tsp. Sugar and 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt.  Add in the Tuna, let it cook for a few minutes.  Add some chopped Green Onions and Ground Black Pepper and serve with rice.
