Ingredients
4 lb. Ginger
Kosher Salt
Water
Mix some Kosher Salt in a big bowl of Water, mix well. Peel 4 lb. Ginger. Place it in the water mixture to keep it from drying out. Cut the Ginger in slices. Place in a colander. Dry the Ginger. Make sure it’s crispy dry. Place in a blender and blend until it turns into a powder. Put in a jar to use for your cooking. Enjoy.
