Ribs with Fish Sauce Air Fry (Sườn nước mắm) Recipe

 


Ingredients
1 lb. Ribs
Salt
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 tsp. chopped Shallots
1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp. Water
2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
Ground Black Pepper

Rinse 1 lb. Ribs and blanch (add some salt to the water when you blanch). 

Marinate the Ribs.  Mix with 1/2 tsp. Sugar and 1 tsp. Oyster Sauce. Set aside for 15 minutes. 

After 15 minutes, air fry the ribs. 

Add 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil into a pan. Add 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic and 1 tsp. chopped Shallots. Saute for a few seconds. Add 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce and 1 Tbsp. Water. Add 2 tsp. Sugar. 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning. Add in some Ground Black Pepper. Add in the Ribs and mix.  Then add in the Green Onions.  Remove from heat and place on plate to serve with rice. Enjoy.
