How to make Chicken Powder Recipe

 


Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast
1 lb. Carrot
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 Crispy Fried Onion
1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
2 tsp. Onion Powder
2 Crispy Fried Garlic

Peel, cut and dry 1 lb. Carrot. 

Cut 2 Chicken Breast into slices.  Place into bowl.  Add in 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce and 2 tsp. Onion Powder.  Mix and let it marinate for 30 minutes. 

After 30 minutes place on baking sheet.  Bake until golden and dry.  (350 degrees F, 30 minutes longer if needed) Break the chicken apart and set aside. 

Place the chicken into a blender.  Add in the dried Carrots, 1 Crispy Fried Onion, 2 Crispy Fried Garlic, 1 tsp. Kosher Salt, 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper, 2 tsp. Sugar and blend until it turns into a powder.  

Store in a sealed jar and use for your cooking. Enjoy.
