Shrimp with Eggs (Trứng chiên tôm) Recipe

 


Ingredients
Shrimp
14 oz. Shrimp
2 tsp. minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Eggs
3 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. minced Garlic
Pinch of Kosher Salt

Other additional ingredients
Oil
chopped Green Onions

Peel and clean 14 oz. Shrimp. Place in a bowl to marinate.  Add in 2 tsp. minced Garlic, 1/2 tsp. Sugar, 1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt, 1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper and 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil.  Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes. 

Separate 3 Eggs. Mix 1/2 tsp. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. minced Garlic and Pinch of Kosher Salt into the egg yolks. Mix and set aside. 

In a pan, add in some Oil.  Sear the marinated shrimp. Remove from heat and set aside. 

Next, pan fry the egg whites and add in some chopped Green Onions.  Place on a plate.  

Using the same pan, add in some oil.  Add in the Egg yolk mixture.  Add in the Shrimp.  Add in some chopped Green Onions.  Mix until the eggs cooked.  Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy.
