June Plum with Chili Pepper and Salt (Cóc muối ớt) Recipe

 


Ingredients

1 lb. June Plum
1 tsp. Chili Pepper Powder/Flakes
1 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt

Fill a bowl with water and add in Salt.  Peel and cut June Plum, place in salt water. Rinse with water and drain out the water.  

Place the June Plum (1 lb.) in a bowl.  Add some Chili Pepper Powder/Flakes (1 tsp.) and Kosher Salt (1 1/2 tsp.). Mix well. Serve and enjoy!
