Garlic and Rosemary Scallops (Sò điệp tỏi và cây mê điệt) Recipe

 


Ingredients
11 Scallops
1/3 cup Vodka
Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
3 Tbsp. minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. Butter
Ground Black Pepper
Rosemary

Clean with 1/3 cup Vodka and pat dry 11 Scallops.  Pour some Olive oil in a pan.  Add in the Scallops and a pinch of Salt. Fry until golden on both sides. Remove from heat.  Use a different pan, add in 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil and 3 Tbsp. minced Garlic.  When it’s slightly golden, remove the Garlic and set aside.  

Using medium heat, add in 2 Tbsp. Butter in a pan.  Add in the Garlic and Scallops. Add in a pinch of Ground Black Pepper and Rosemary.  Remove from heat and serve.  Enjoy!
