Ingredients
3 lb. Wings
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
2 tsp. minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. Shallots
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce
Marinate the chicken. 3lb. Wings, 1/2 tsp. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper, 1 tsp. Soy Sauce, 2 tsp. minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots and 1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap, place in the fridge overnight.
Next day, place in air fryer. Set at 300 degrees F for 10 minutes. Then turn the wings, place back in air fryer again. 300 degrees F for 7-10 minutes or until golden. Enjoy.
