Ingredients
1 Coconut Water
1 1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. Water
Add 1 Tbsp. Water into a pot. Add in 1 1/2 cup Sugar. Have your heat set at medium low. Wait for the sugar to melt. Swirl the pot, but do not mix. When the sugar has melted, drizzle in 1 tsp. Honey. Add in 1 Coconut Water. Let it boil and remove from heat. Sauce is great to use for other dishes to help give it a natural golden color. Seal in a glass jar and refrigerate, use within 1 month.
