Garlic Butter Scallops (Sò điệp bơ tỏi) Recipe

 


Ingredients

4 Large Scallops
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Garlic
pinch Salt/Pepper
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Cilantro
Chili Pepper
Lime

Dry 4 Large Scallops on paper towel. Add 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil into a pan.  Pan fry the Scallops until golden, add a pinch of Salt and Pepper. Remove from pan.  Heat up the cast iron serving plate.  Melt 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter.  Add in 1 tsp. minced Garlic.  Place the Scallops on the plate. Add some Salt and Pepper and squeeze a piece of lime over the Scallops.  Serve with some Cilantro and Chili Pepper.  Enjoy.
