4 Large Onions
2 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
Peel 4 large onions. Cut into slices. Place in a large bowl and add in 2 Tbsp. Kosher Salt. Mix well. Dehydrate until it’s crispy. You can place it outside in the sun or use a dehydrator machine. Then place in a blender, blend until it turns into a powder. When you’re done, you can use it in your cooking. Enjoy. Store in a glass jar.
