Ingredients
10 oz. mini King Oyster Mushroom
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
chopped Green Onions
1/2 tsp. Mushroom seasoning
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
2 tsp. minced Garlic
2 tsp. Sugar
Rinse and wash 10 oz mini King Oyster Mushroom. Add in a pinch of salt when you wash the mushroom. Rinse a few times. Then cut the mushroom and set aside.
Marinate the mushroom, add 1/4 cup Soy Sauce, 2 tsp. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Mushroom seasoning, 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt and some chopped Green Onions. Mix well, cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
Using a clay pot, add in 2 tsp. minced Garlic and 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil. Saute until it starts to lightly golden. Add in the marinated mushroom. Add in 2 tsp. Sugar. Cook on medium heat, for about 7-9 minutes or until the mushroom are cooked down.
Add in the white section of the Green Onions,let it simmer. Then add in the chopped Green Onions and 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper. Remove from heat. Serve with rice and enjoy.
