Ingredients
1 cup Warm Water
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. chopped Chili Pepper
1 tsp. minced Garlic
Lime Juice (about 1 tsp. or to taste)
In a pot, add in 1 cup Warm Water. Add 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp. Sugar, 1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt and mix well. Simmer on low heat. Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Add in 1 tsp. chopped Chili Pepper and 1 tsp. minced Garlic. Pour in the mixture. Squeeze in some lime juice (about 1 tsp. or to taste). Enjoy with vegetarian dishes.
