Ingredients
2 tsp. Peanut Butter
1 cup Hoisin Sauce
Water
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. minced Garlic
2 tsp. Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
In a sauce pan, add in 2 tsp. Olive Oil and 2 tsp. minced Garlic. Saute until lightly golden, add in 1 cup Hoisin Sauce. Add in about 4 Tbsp. Water. Tip, pour the water in the cup that the Hoisin Sauce was in to clean it out.
Add in 2 tsp. Peanut Butter. Add 1/2 tsp. Salt. Add 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar. Using medium heat, mix well and let it simmer. If it looks too thick, add in 2-3 Tbsp. Water. Once it starts form bubbles, remove from heat. Pour into bowl to use for Spring Rolls and enjoy! Optional, add some Chili Sauce and crushed Roast Peanuts for more flavor and texture.
