Zucchini Stir-fry with Mushroom (Bí ngòi xào nấm) Recipe

 

Ingredients
1 lb. Zucchini
1 lb. Mushroom
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Salt and 1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
chopped Green Onions
1/4 tsp. Dark Soy Sauce

Soak 1 lb. Mushroom in some water, add in 1 tsp. Salt. Rinse with water.  Then cut and set aside. 

Cut 1 lb. Zucchini into small pieces and set aside. 

In a pan, add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil and 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic plus the white section of the Green Onions.  Saute for a few seconds and add in the Mushroom. Cook on medium-high heat.  Add in the Zucchini. Add in 1 tsp. Sugar, 1/4 tsp. Salt, 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1/4 tsp. Dark Soy Sauce and mix.  Then add in the chopped Green Onions and 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper.  Serve and enjoy.
