Wheat Noodles Pork with Egg Soup Recipe


Ingredients

Marinated Pork
4 oz. Ground Pork
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp. Tapioca Starch
1 tsp. minced Garlic
1 tsp. chopped Shallots



Soup
4 cups Water
4 oz. Ground Pork (marinated)
8 oz. Wheat Noodles
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 tsp. Fish Sauce
1 Egg
1/2 cup chopped Green Onions
Ground Black Pepper


Marinate 4 oz. Ground Pork.  Add 1/2 tsp. Sugar, 1/4 tsp. Salt, 1/4 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper, 1 tsp. Tapioca Starch, 1 tsp. minced Garlic, 1 tsp. chopped Shallots. Mix well.  Set aside for 15 minutes. 

In a pot, add in 4 cups Water.  Set it on medium high heat. Then use a spoon to scoop small portion of pork into the pot. Let it simmer. Once it starts to boil, add in 8 oz. of Wheat Noodles. Continue to let it simmer, add in 1 tsp. Sugar. 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning and 1 tsp. Fish Sauce.  Beat 1 egg, pour it into the soup slowly while it’s boiling. When the egg are cooked, add in the chopped Green Onions and Ground Black Pepper. Enjoy while hot.
