Crispy Fried Pork Belly (Thịt ba rọi chiên giòn) Recipe


Ingredients
1.5- 2 lb Pork Belly (with skin)
Lime
Garlic
Salt
Oil

Pinch of Salt Garlic Boil 15 minutes.

Scrub and clean the skin on the Pork Belly. Cut the Pork Belly in half. Fill a pan with water, boil the Pork Belly.  Add in Garlic and Pinch of Salt.  Once Pork Belly is cooked, remove and let it cool.

Use a fork, poke the skin of the Pork Belly. Put Salt on top of the skin and use the Lime wedge to rub the salt into the skin.  Pan Fry the Pork Belly.

Cut and serve.
