Ingredients:
3 cups Macaroni
2 tsp. Sugar
Pinch of Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Fish Sauce
Black Pepper
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/3 cup chopped Cilantro
1/4 cup chopped Green Onions
2 tsp. minced Garlic
2 Tbsp.. Olive Oil
5 peeled Shrimp
Boil 3 cups Macaroni, drain out the water and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
In a wok, add in 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil and 2 tsp. minced Garlic. Saute for a few seconds and add in the Shrimp. Then add in the Macaroni, give it a quick mix. Add in 1/2 cup Ketchup, 1 tsp. Fish Sauce, a Pinch of Kosher Salt, 2 tsp. Sugar. Mix well. Add in 1/4 cup chopped Green Onions, 1/3 cup chopped Cilantro and some Black Pepper. Mix and serve.
