Cánh gà chiên nước mắm (Vietnamese Fish Sauce Chicken Wings) Recipe



Ingredients:
2 lbs. Chicken Wings
2 tsp. minced Garlic
4 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
2 Tbsp. Hot Chili Sauce
Black Pepper
Frying Oil

In a bowl, add in 2 lbs. Chicken Wings, 2 tsp. minced Garlic, 4 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
2 Tbsp. Hot Chili Sauce and some Black Pepper.  Mix well, cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate for about 2 hours.

After 2 hours or longer, place in Frying Oil and fry until golden.  Remove from oil and place on paper towel to remove excess oil.  Enjoy!
