Muoi Ot (Vietnamese Chili Salt)



Muoi Ot (Vietnamese Chili Salt)
Ingredients
1/2 cup Salt
2 Hot Chili Peppers


Cut the Peppers and put into a mortar.  Add 1/2 cup Salt. Using a pestle, combine until the Salt turns an orange/red color.
After you are done, you can store it in a jar.  Enjoy by spreading it on any kind of fruits you like.

    1. I like it with pineapples and oranges best. It also goes with grapefruits, mangos, apples, or anything you prefer.
