Sua Dau Nanh (Soy Milk)
Ingredients
2 cups Soy beans (soaked overnight)
4 cups Water
Sugar (To Taste)
Pandan Leaves
1 Muslin Bag
4 cups Water

1 Muslin Bag
Put 1 cup Soy Beans and 2 cups Water into blender.
Once you finish blending, pour the liquid into a muslin bag, and extract it out into a pot. Repeat until you use all the Soy Bean and Water.
Add in Pandan Leaves. Using low heat stir until it starts to boil. Remove the pot from the stove. Add Sugar to taste. You can serve this hot or cold.
