Ingredients
Prawns
Young Coconut
Lime
Thai Chili Pepper
Salt
Rinse the Prawns and place in a large pot. Cut 1 Young Coconut and pour the Coconut Water into the pot. Boil on medium high heat until it turns pink.
In a small bowl cut some Thai Chili Pepper and add in some Salt. Salt and chili together and then squeeze in some Lime Juice.
Dip the cooked prawn in the spicy sauce and enjoy.
