Ingredients
1 lb. Halibut Fillet
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
1 tsp. minced Garlic
1 tsp. chopped Shallots
1 tsp. Chili Powder *optional
1 tsp. Ginger Powder
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Scallion
Chili Pepper *optional
In a bowl add in 2 Tbsp. Lime Juice, 1 tsp. minced Garlic, 1 tsp. chopped Shallots, 1 tsp. Chili Powder, 1 tsp. Ginger Powder, 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1 tsp. Salt and 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper. Mix well.
Marinate 1 lb. Halibut Fillet and set aside for 15 minutes.
Place some Scallion on a plate and place the fish on top. Have your steamer ready. Steam until cooked. Place some fresh Scallion on top and Chili Pepper. Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
