Ingredients
5 Lobster Tail
Green Onions
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Large Ginger Knob
1 Onion
3 Tbsp Tapioca Starch + Water (mix)
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. Water (add more as needed)
1 Tbsp. Black Bean Sauce
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 tsp. Hot Chili Oil
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Rinse 5 Lobster Tail. Cut the inside center of the tail then cut into smaller pieces. Set aside.
Rinse Green Onions, 1 Yellow Bell Pepper and 1 Red Bell Pepper. Cut into bite size pieces and set aside.
Peel and cut into strips 1 Large Ginger Knob.
Cut 1 Onion.
Mix 3 Tbsp. Tapioca Starch with some water and set aside.
In a large pan add in 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil and 2 Tbsp. minced Garlic. Sauté on medium high heat and add in the Ginger. Add in the Lobster Tail. Add in about 2 Tbsp. Water add more as needed and close the lid. When the tail starts to turn red, open the lid and add in 1 Tbsp. Black Bean Sauce. Add 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce, 1 tsp. Sugar, 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1 tsp. Hot Chili Oil, Onion, both Bell Peppers and mix on high heat. Add in some of the Green Onions and the Tapioca mixture. Mix for a few seconds add in the rest of the Green Onions and 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper. Serve and enjoy!
