Ingredients
3 cups sliced Cabbage
2 cups sliced Carrot
2 cups shredded Chicken
1/3 cup Garlic Sautéed Oil
1/2 cup sliced Onion
1/2 cup Shallots
1/3 cup Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
chopped Thai Basil
In a small bowl add in 1/2 cup Onion and 1/2 cup Shallots. Add in 1/3 cup Vinegar and 2 Tbsp. Sugar. Mix well and set aside.
In a large bowl add in 2 cups sliced Carrot, 3 cups sliced Cabbage, 2 cups shredded Chicken, 1/3 cup Garlic Sautéed Oil, 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper, 1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt, the Onion Vinegar mixture and chopped Thai Basil. Mix well and serve. Enjoy!
