Ingredients
6 Potatoes
1 Carrot
1/4 cup Green Onions
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/3 cup Mayonnaise (add more as needed)
Cook 6 Potatoes. Place aside to cool. Cut Green Onions (1/4 cup). Cut 1 Carrot into strips. Peel the cooked potatoes and cut into large chucks. Place in a large bowl. Add1 tsp. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Salt, chopped Green Onions, 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper, Carrot, 1/3 cup Mayonnaise add more as needed and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
