Ingredients
1 lb. Fresh Turmeric
Salt
Water
Add 1 tsp. Salt into a large bowl of water. Mix well. Peel 1 lb. Fresh Turmeric and place it into the water. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Fill a pot with water. Add in 1 Tbsp. Salt. Bring to a boil. Add in the Turmeric and let it boil for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, place in a colander to cool. Then cut into slices. Place in the sun to dehydrate or use a food dehydrator. After it becomes dehydrated, place in a blender. Blends until it turns into a powder. Place in a sealed container and use for your cooking.
