Ingredients
1 bunch Cilantro
2 Limes
5 Roma Tomatoes
1 Bell Pepper
1 Jalapeño
2 minced Garlic Cloves
1/2 Onion
2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Rinse 5 Roma Tomatoes, 1 Bell Pepper, 1 Jalapeños and 1 bunch Cilantro.
Dice the Roma Tomatoes and place in a large bowl.
Repeat with Bell Pepper, 1/2 Onion, 2 minced Garlic Cloves and 1 Jalapeño. Chop 1 bunch Cilantro and add into bowl.
Add in 2 tsp. Sugar, 1 tsp. Salt, pinch of Ground Black Pepper and squeeze in 2 Limes. Mix and enjoy with chips.
