Shrimp Stir-fry with Garlic (tôm xào tỏi) Recipe

 


Ingredients
1 lb. Shrimp
1 Large Egg
1 tsp. minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. Tapioca Starch
Frying Oil
5 Tbsp. Olive oil
5 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 tsp. Butter
1 tsp. Oyster Sauce
2 tsp. Sugar
1/3 tsp. Fish Sauce
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
2 Tbsp. Water
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Chili Pepper
Green Vegetables

Rinse and clean 1 lb. Shrimp. Place in a large bowl.  Beat 1 large Egg.  Pour into the Shrimp.  Mix well.  Add in 1 tsp. minced Garlic. Add 2 Tbsp. Tapioca Starch.  Mix. 

Fry the shrimp until lightly golden.  

In a pan, add in 5 Tbsp. Olive Oil.  Add in 5 Tbsp. minced Garlic.  Add 1 tsp. Butter.  Add 1 tsp. Oyster Sauce.  Add 2 tsp. Sugar.  Add 1/3 tsp. Fish Sauce. Add 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning. Add 2 Tbsp. Water. Mix on medium heat.  Add in the Fried Shrimp. Mix well. Add in Chili Pepper and 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper.  Remove from heat serve with some steamed Vegetables.  Enjoy.
