Ramen Stir-fry with Eggs (Mì gói xào trứng ) Recipe

 


Ingredients
2 Ramen Packages (any kind)
1/2 cup Imitation Crab
2 Eggs
chopped Green Onions
1 Carrot
Pinch Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 tsp. Sugar
1/4 Onion 
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Olive Oil

Cut 1 Carrot into strips.  Chop some Green Onions. Cut 1/4 Onion into slices. 

Boil the Carrot and drain out the water. 

Boil 2 packages of the Ramen. Drain out the water and set aside. 

Beat 2 Eggs.  Add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil into a pan. Add in some chopped Green Onions. Add in the eggs. Cook both sides and fold.  Cut into strips and set aside. 

In a pan, add in 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil.  Add in the sliced Onions. Add in 1/2 cup Imitation Crab. Add the carrots and stir for a few seconds. Add a pinch of Kosher Salt.  Add 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning.  Add 1 tsp. Sugar. Add in the Ramen. Add in the Green Onions.  Add the Eggs and 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper. Mix well, serve and enjoy.
