June Plum (Ambarella Fruit) with Chili Salt (Trái cóc muối ớt) Recipe

 


Ingredients 
1 lb. June Plum (Ambarella Fruit)
Kosher Salt
5 Thai Chili Peppers 

Mix Salt and water in a bowl. Peel the June Plum and place in the salt mixture water to keep it fresh. 

Cut 5 Thai Chili Peppers in a small bowl. Add in some Kosher Salt about 2-3 Tbsp. Kosher Salt.  Smash the Chili with the Salt and set aside. 
Take the June Plum out of the water.  Cut the Plum into slices. Place into a bowl. Add in the Kosher Salt with Chili into the bowl with the June Plum and mix. Enjoy.
