Ingredients
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Curry Powder
2 Thai Chili Peppers
1 Shallots (chopped)
2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
In a pan, add in 1/4 cup Olive Oil. Add in some minced Garlic ( 2 Cloves) and 1 chopped Shallots. Add in 2 Tbsp. Curry Powder and chopped 2 Thai Chili Peppers. Remove from heat. Set aside to cool and place into a jar to use for future dishes.
