You will need:
1 Golden Pompano Fish
Lime
Kosher Salt
Water + warm water
First rinse the fish. Squeeze 1 large Lime. Add in about 2 Tbsp. of Kosher Salt. Mix well. Rub the mixture around and inside the fish. Repeat again.
Then after you rinse the fish again pour in the warm water over the fish. Pat dry and it’s ready to be cooked.
