Salmon Patties Recipe

1 lb Salmon
1 1/4 Tbsp. Tapioca Flour
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Green Onions
2 tsp. Olive Oil
some Ice

Cut 1 lb Salmon into smaller pieces.  Marinate the salmon. Add in 1 1/4 Tbsp Tapioca Flour, 1 Tbsp Onion Powder, 1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots, 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic, 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper and some Green Onions. Mix well and place into a food processor.   Add in 2 tsp. Olive Oil and a few cube of ice to help it stay cold.  

Once done, place into a bowl and set aside for about 15 minutes. Remember to have some extra oil to prevent it from sticking to your hands. Roll it into balls and flatten it on the pan.  Cook until golden.  Serve and enjoy.
