Hot Pepper Plants

My family now has a surplus of peppers.  Planning to use some to make fish sauce this weekend.  Since it's a long weekend, thanks to Memorial Day, my mom and I will be making Banh Cuon.  I'll update on that later.  Happy Friday to everyone!

Tasty Garden

Weather has been quite nice in AZ. Our family's garden been growing quite nicely. We have been cutting and giving it to friends since we can not eat them all. Above is bitter herbs (rau dang in viet), it's very healthy. I love making soup with these.

On the left side are our egg plants. On the right side is water spinach (rau muong in viet). For some reason they don't allow asian stores in AZ to sell them. So we grow them ourselves lol...
Down below are edible luffas vines (muop huong). The flowers on the vines are sprouting so we'll have some soon, can't wait. The last picture is a pic of freshly cutted water spinach. It's waiting to become dinner. lol...
