Satay Okra Fried and Air Fry (Satay đậu bắp chiên) Recipe

 


Ingredients
Okra
2 Tbsp. Satay
1 tsp. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning

Oil Fry Ingredients
1 cup Batter
1/4 cup Water add more as needed
Frying Oil

Rinse 1 lb. Okra.  Marinate the Okra.  Place it in a large bowl.  Add in 1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt, 1 tsp. Sugar and 2 Tbsp. Satay. Mix and set aside for 5 minutes. 

Add 1 cup Fried Batter mix into a bowl.  Add Water about 1/4 cup and add more as needed until it turn into a paste.  Set aside. 

After 5 minutes, take half of the Okra and place in Air Fryer.  Air Fry until cooked, remove and enjoy. 

Take the other half of the Okra.  Dip in batter mix and place in frying oil.  Fry until golden and enjoy.
