Ingredients
2 Branzino Fish
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh Thai Chili
2 Tbsp. minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
3 Tbsp. minced Lemongrass
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Annatto Seed Oil
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Fresh herbs/vegetables
In a bowl add in 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder, 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh Thai Chili, 2 Tbsp. minced Garlic, 2 Tbsp. chopped Shallots, 3 Tbsp. minced Lemongrass, 1 Tbsp. Sugar, 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1 Tbsp. Salt, 2 Tbsp. Annatto Seed Oil, 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper and mix.
Marinate the Branzino Fish and set aside for 15 minutes. Grill until golden. Remove from grill, serve with fresh herbs/vegetables and enjoy with meal.
