Ingredients
8 Eggs
1 1/4 cup Water
1 1/4 cup Vinegar
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Whole Pepper Corn
Boil 8 Eggs. Remove the shell and set aside. 
Pour 1 1/4 cup Water into a small sauce pan.  Add in 1 1/4 cup Vinegar.  Add 3/4 cup Sugar.  Add 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt.  Bring to a boil.  Remove from heat and set aside to cool completely. 
Place the Eggs in a clean glass jar.  Add in 1 tsp. Whole Pepper Corn. Pour in the mixture.  Place a water bag to push down the eggs. Seal tight the lid and wait for 4 days.  After 4 days enjoy your pickled Eggs.
