Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. Chicken Breast
1 tsp. chopped Shallots
1 tsp. minced Garlic
1 tsp. Annatto Seed Oil
1 tsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. minced Lemongrass
1/8 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
Chili Pepper
Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. minced Garlic
1 tsp. chopped Shallots
2 Tbsp. minced Lemongrass
1 tsp. Annatto Seed Oil
3 Tbsp. Soybean Sauce
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Water
chopped Green Onions
Cut Chicken Breast into slices (about 1 1/2 lb.). Marinate the chicken, add 1 tsp. chopped Shallots, 1 tsp. minced Garlic, 1 tsp. Annatto Seed Oil, 1 tsp. Oyster Sauce, 1 tsp. Soy Sauce, 1 tsp. minced Lemongrass, 1/8 tsp. Kosher salt, 1 tsp. Sugar, chopped Chili Pepper and some Black Pepper. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
In a pan, add 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil. Add 1 tsp. minced Garlic, 1 tsp. chopped Shallots, 2 Tbsp. minced Lemongrass, 1 tsp. Annatto Seed Oil, marinated Chicken, 3 Tbsp. Whole Soybean Sauce and 1 Tbsp. Sugar (add more as need). Stir on medium high heat.
Add in 2 Tbsp. Water if looks too dry. Continue to let it cooked, once it’s done add some Black Pepper and chopped Green Onions. Serve with rice.
