Ingredients
8 oz. unsalted Butter
8 Tbsp. Superfine Sugar
2 1/2 cup Cake Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla Sugar or Extract
1 Egg
1/8 tsp. Salt
Place 8 oz. room temperature unsalted Butter in a bowl. Add in 8 Tbsp. Superfine Sugar, 1 tsp. Vanilla Sugar or Extract and 1/4 tsp. Salt.
Mix well until it's well combined. Sift in 2 1/2 cup Cake Flour, mix a little and add in 1 Egg. Mix well.
Line parchment paper on baking sheet. Roll the dough into balls and flatten it. Use a fork to make the lines on the butter cookies.
Bake in the oven at 335 degrees F. for 15-25 minutes or until slightly brown and golden.
