Banh Pho Xao Tom Gia He (Stir-fry Rice Noodles with Shrimp Bean Sprouts and Chives)




Banh Pho Xao Tom Gia He (Stir-fry Rice Noodles with Shrimp Bean Sprouts and Chives)


Ingredients
1 package Rice Noodles
2 chopped Green Onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
2 Imitation Crab Sticks
1 Tbsp. Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 sliced Celery Stick
1 1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
1 cup Chives
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
1/3 cup Chicken Broth
Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 cup chopped Onion
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce

You'll need 1 package of Rice Noodles.  Put the Rice Noodles in the microwave for 1 minute, take it out and pull the noodles apart. Then set aside.
Slice 1 Celery Stick.  Cut 2 sticks of Imitation Crab, about 2 inches long. Wash some Bean Sprouts and Chives, cut the Chives about 2 inches long.  Peel and devein 4 Shrimp. 
Mince some Garlic.  Chop some Onion about 1 cup and chop about 2 Green Onions.
In a pan, add 1 1/2 Tbsp. Oil.  Add 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic. Sauté until slightly brown, add Imitation Crab,
Sauté for about 1-2 minutes, put into a bowl and set aside.
In a pan, add 1 Tbsp. Oil. Add 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic.  Sauté until slightly brown, add in the Shrimp. Sauté until it turns pink, add in a little bit of chopped Green Onions.
Add 1 cup sliced Celery. Add 1 1/2 cup Bean Sprouts and 1 cup Chives. Add 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce. Add 1 tsp. Sugar. Mix well for a few minutes.  Add in 1/3 cup Chicken Broth.
Using medium heat, stir and add Imitation Crab. Add some Black Pepper and remove from heat.  Then set aside.
In a stir-fry pan, add 1 Tbsp. Oil.  Add 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic.  Add 1 cup chopped Onion.  Sauté until slightly brown. Add in the Rice Noodles.
Add 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce. Add 1/2 tsp. Sugar. Add 1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce.  Add the rest of chopped Green Onions. Mix well and add in the Shrimp and Crab mixture. 
Using medium heat, mix for about 3 minutes and serve.
