Vietnamese Dipping Fish Sauce (Nuoc Mam Cham)
Ingredients
4 spoons Fish Sauce
3 Chili Hot Pepper
2 Limes
4 Garlic Clovers
5 Tbsp. Sugar
1 cup Water
Mince 4 Garlic Clovers and 3 Chili Hot Pepper. Put in a bowl. Then take 2 Limes and squeeze the lime juice into bowl. Add 5 Tbsp. Sugar. Add in 1 cup Water.
Using a Chinese soup spoon, add in 4 spoons Fish Sauce.
