Ca Chien Sot Ca (Fried Fish with Tomato Sauce)

Ca Chien Sot Ca (Fried Fish with Tomato Sauce)

Ingredients
1 Stripe Bass Fish
2-3 Garlic Clovers
1/2 cup Oil
2 Tomatoes
2 Green Onions
4 Garlic Clovers
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Fish Sauce
2 Tbsp. Oil
Some Black Pepper


Clean and cut the Fish into 4 pieces. In a large pan add in 2-3 Garlic Clovers and about 1/2 cup Oil. When the Garlic turns slightly brown add in the Fish to fry.
Once you are done frying the fish take it out and set aside.
Chop 2 Tomatoes, put in a bowl and set aside.  Mince 4 Garlic Clovers, put in a bowl and set aside.  Chop the Green Onions, put in a bowl and set aside.
In another large pan, using medium heat add in 2 Tbsp. Oil and 2 Tbsp. minced Garlic. Sauté and then add in some chopped Green Onions. Add in chopped Tomatoes.  Stir for a few minutes. 
Add in 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1 tsp. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Salt, and stir for about 3-5 minutes.  Add in 1 tsp. Soy Sauce and some Black Pepper, continue to let it simmer. 
When it starts to have less chucky Tomato pieces add in 1 tsp. Fish Sauce. Add in the fried Fish.  Let it simmer in the Tomato Sauce for 3 minutes.  Add in some chopped Green Onions and Black Pepper.
