Patty Pan Squash with Garlic Recipe

 


Ingredients
5 Patty Pan Squash
Salt
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. Water
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 tsp. Fish Sauce
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Fried Garlic

Cut and rinse 5 Patty Pan Squash. In a large bowl add in Water and Salt.  Then adding the squash and set aside for a few minutes. After a few minutes, rinse and wash the squash.  Drain out all the water and set aside. 

Add 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil into a wok.  Add in 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic.  Saute for a few seconds on medium high heat. Add in the squash. Add in about 2 Tbsp. Water.  Add in 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce, 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning and mix.  Add in 1 tsp. Fish Sauce, 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper and 2 Tbsp. Fried Garlic.  Mix and serve.  Enjoy!
