Ingredients
Fish
1.5 lb. Chilean Sea Bass
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped Thai Chili
1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
Oil
Sauce
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic/Shallots
2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
3 tsp. Sugar
Mushroom Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Water
Ground Black Pepper
Rinse 1.5 lb. Sea Bass and cut into smaller pieces. Set aside.
In a small bowl add in 1 tsp. Salt, 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp. chopped Thai Chili and 1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots. Mix and smash.
Spread it onto the Fish, set aside for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, pan fry the fish until golden. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small pan add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil. Add 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic/Shallots. Saute for a few seconds. Add in 2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce. Add 3 tsp. Sugar. Add 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning. Add 1 Tbsp. Water. Mix. Add in the fried fish. Add some Ground Black Pepper. Serve and enjoy!
