Ingredients
Prepare/Marinate Squid
1 lb. Squid
Rice Wine Salt
2 Tbsp. minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. minced Lemongrass
1/2 tsp. Salt
Cooking
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic/Shallots
2 Tbsp. minced Lemongrass
1 1/2 tsp. Turmeric Powder
Pinch of Salt
chopped Thai Chili Pepper
Onion
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Mince some Lemongrass, you need about 2-3 Tbsp. Chop some Thai Chili Pepper.
Clean and rinse 1 lb. Squid with Rice Wine and Salt. Cut the squid into strips and place in a large bowl. Add in 2 Tbsp. minced Garlic and 2 Tbsp. chopped Shallots. Add 1 tsp. Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar, 1 Tbsp. minced Lemongrass, 1/2 tsp. Salt and mix. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes. Add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil. Add in 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic/chopped Shallots on medium high heat. Add in 2 Tbsp. minced Lemongrass and mix. Add in 1 1/2 tsp. Turmeric Powder and the marinated Squid. Add a pinch of Salt and chopped Thai Chili Pepper. Add in some Onion. Add Ground Black Pepper. Serve and enjoy with meal.
